Shell Building & Leviat Finish Out
CSE provided full electrical installation for the North East Trade Center shell building, followed by a complete tenant finish-out for Leviat, a global provider of lifting, connecting, and anchoring technologies for the construction and industrial sectors.
This project required careful coordination between base building infrastructure and tenant-specific operational requirements to ensure long-term flexibility and performance.
Electrical Scope Included:
• Main service installation and distribution infrastructure
• Overhead cable tray systems
• Panel and feeder installations
• Interior and exterior lighting systems
• Site and building electrical provisions for future tenants
• Power infrastructure designed for scalability
The shell building was constructed with a flexible electrical backbone, allowing seamless integration for tenant build-outs without major structural modification.
For Leviat’s space, CSE completed a tailored electrical build-out designed to support their industrial operations and specialized equipment needs.
Scope included:
• Dedicated power distribution for manufacturing and operational equipment
• Electrical panel expansions
• Precision conduit routing and clean wall-mounted distribution
• Interior lighting adjustments and controls
• Coordination with owner equipment requirements
The result is a fully functional industrial facility that supports both present operational demands and future expansion opportunities.
Through close coordination with R.C. Page Construction and the Leviat team, CSE delivered a clean, organized, and code-compliant installation from core infrastructure through final tenant energization.
