Topperwein Design Build
Live Oak, Texas
General Contractor: RC Page Construction
CSE completed electrical installation for four tilt-wall core and shell buildings as part of the Topperwein Design Build project in Live Oak, Texas.
This multi-building development required coordinated infrastructure planning, scalable distribution design, and consistent execution across all structures to support future tenant flexibility.
Electrical Scope Included:
• Complete core and shell electrical packages for four buildings
• Main service installations and distribution gear
• Tenant-ready panel and feeder infrastructure
• Overhead conduit and cable tray systems
• High-bay warehouse lighting installations
• Exterior building lighting
• Full site lighting package
Each building was designed with a flexible electrical backbone to allow for future tenant build-outs without major rework. Clean conduit routing, organized wall-mounted distribution, and coordinated overhead systems ensured both functionality and long-term serviceability.
CSE worked closely with R.C. Page Construction to maintain schedule efficiency across multiple structures while delivering consistent quality from underground rough-in through final energization.
The completed development provides durable, scalable electrical infrastructure ready to support industrial and commercial tenants in a rapidly growing corridor of Live Oak.
