CSE completed the full electrical scope for a new 196,560 square foot tilt-wall industrial building, including a spec office build-out and extensive underground utility infrastructure designed to support future site development.
This ground-up project required early-phase coordination, heavy civil integration, and precision placement of below-grade electrical systems prior to vertical construction.
Electrical Scope Included:
• Underground electrical duct banks and site infrastructure
• Installation and setting of large electrical vaults
• Primary service coordination and distribution
• Spec office electrical build-out
• Panel installations and feeder routing
• Site lighting infrastructure
• Provisions for future site expansion and tenant growth
A significant portion of the project focused on underground utility preparation, including vault placement and utility pathways that will support additional development phases. Careful grading coordination and layout accuracy ensured long-term performance and accessibility.
From excavation through final distribution, CSE delivered a scalable, code-compliant electrical system positioned to support industrial operations and future expansion.
