Design Build Industrial Facility & 18-Wheeler Parking Expansion
CSE partnered with R.C. Page Construction on a design-build industrial project that included a new 18-wheeler parking lot and comprehensive electrical infrastructure upgrades to support warehouse and office operations.
This project required coordination between high-capacity service installations, tenant-ready warehouse power, and large-scale site lighting to ensure long-term operational reliability.
Electrical Scope Included:
Electrical Services Installed
• 1200A service serving the spec space
• 100A service dedicated to the new parking lot
Spec Space Electrical Scope
• Complete office lighting and lighting controls
• Controlled receptacles for energy efficiency compliance
• Power distribution to HVAC systems including:
– 10 RTUs serving the warehouse
– 2 RTUs serving the office
• Dedicated 250A, 208V electrical system for IT room HVAC
• High-bay warehouse lighting
• Power integration for 20 loading dock levelers
• Infrastructure to support 15 forklift charging stations
The warehouse electrical design was engineered to support heavy operational demand while maintaining flexibility for future tenant adaptation.
Site & Parking Lot Scope
• Installation of 15 light poles for full site illumination
• Power distribution to a newly constructed guardhouse
• Dedicated parking lot service for expanded truck operations
From service entrance through final site lighting, CSE delivered a scalable and code-compliant electrical system that supports both high-volume warehouse logistics and expanded fleet operations.
