INVENTORY SPECIALIST
JOB POSITION

The C&S Inventory Specialist is expected to:

Maintain effective working relationships with employees and management
Maintain a positive record of attendance, quality of work and behavior
Organize and store overflow stock items received in racks/bins with proper identification
Assist in keeping connexes, yard and warehouse facility clean and free of debris
Maintains positive and professional attitude with coworkers and management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Put received parts in correct locations and create new locations for new parts
Receive and review material orders from Inventory Admin and check for parts in stock onsite
Pull requested items in stock for delivery to jobsite
Update inventory spreadsheet daily with parts received and pulled for delivery
Participates in the continuous quality improvement process
Recommend solutions to existing processed to reduce waste and increase efficiency
During light workload situations, seeks out additional tasks/duties
Accommodates changes in workload within the department and be willing and able to help in other departments
